This is our second set of 30 cups. We use them so much, that I had to order more. My daughter and I use these great little 8oz (1 cup) containers to portion control our foods. By doing this she has lost 8 - 10 lbs. It is easier for her to see what a portion control looks like. Keeps us both from over eating right out of the bag or box. We stack them in the cabinet for dry foods, use them to make jello and pudding in portion control sizes (much cheaper than buying the portion sized at the grocery store). I have used them for soups, stews, & broth and freeze them for later use. In the refridgerator I store all kinds of leftovers. These are the greatest.

These are great for storing/freezing homemade baby food. I was able to steam and puree batches of vegetables and meats then freeze them in convient serving sizes. Now that my baby is older these have come in handy to hold snacks and he likes to play with them too.
