I have owned expensive electric rice cookers, and they were hit and miss. Some burned the bottom of the rice, and some didn't cook all the way through. I have owned this rice maker for 2 months now, and my family and I eat rice at least 3 times per week. The rice is always cooked perfect. I highly recommend this item.

Works well, but U better follow the directions. I decided to make 1 serving and cut the recipe and time. Bad idea, I burnt this thing to a crispy black bowl. Only the 3rd time I used it. Dammit!

This little microwave pressure cooker is a snap to use, a snap to clean up, and does a wonderful job on meatloaf, chicken and pinto beans; quick, and cool,( no excess heat in the kitchen ), and inexpensive too!

I own several microwave rice cookers. I ended up liking this one best of all. It's the simplest. It is the right size for cooking one or two cups of rice and the price is right. I recently destroyed it by cooking my rice too long at the wrong power setting (it happens) and decided to buy 2 more to replace it.
