What a workhorse these pens are. I use them for everything and am constantly buying replacements for those that have given up the ghost.

The ink is nice, sharp and vivid. The fine points allow be to do finer work when needed and this size is nice to have around for those jobs that require it. They are, as the maker claims, pretty permanent and I have had no problems with fading or marks being accidently washed off.

I do feel that you need to take the suggestion of another reviewer here, and watch carefully your shipping charges and when you order these, be sure you order enough other items to qualify for shipping reductions or free shipping. The price here is somewhat competitive, but not if you consider the shipping.
I am quite happy with these pens, like the fact that they are nontoxic, and will continue to use them.

I use them mainly to write on CD/DVD.
Dries quickly and does the job.

Not too much pressure as they do flatten out a bit.

These fine-point mutli-colored Sharpie markers are wonderful, but do not overpay. Multi colored packages of 5 Sharpie permanent fine points are available for less than $4 --- with no shipping. Sharpies are great products, and last forever. Still, watch your purse.

A permanent marker is a very useful thing. It can be used on anything, from plastic to cloth to skin, and only comes off when the layer it was written on comes off. I often find myself needing a permanent marker, and Sharpies normally work very well.

The black marker is by far the most useful for me, but having different colors is always nice, especially since Sharpies don't smear like many markers. Many different colors are produced, and if you want you can buy a set with a much wider variety of colors.

The only problem with this set of markers is that it doesn't include a thin marker, which are just as, if not more useful than their thick counterparts. Still, this is a good collection of permanent markers.
